BMW specialist Hartge released details of their tuning program for the BMW 4 Series Coupe and Cabrio (F32 and F33). They are still steering clear of styling kits, but they do offer w die range of power upgrades, suspension tuning, wheels, and interior accessories.
On the outside, Hartge BMW 4 Series only gets a couple of emblems and insignias, but the wheels are a better way of telling a Hartge model apart from others. A series of 19 and 20-inch models are available for the 4er in single or double-spoke design and silver, black, or smoky silver finish.
The Hartge spring set is another option you might be interested in, available in various states of tune, lowering the car from 10 up to 25 mm. That brings us to the performance upgrades, which begin with accelerator booster and SUPERSPRINT stainless steel cat back exhaust system.
Hartge BMW 4 Series benefits from engine mapping conversion for all the powertrains in the range with the exception of the M3/M4 engine. The top of the line 435i and 435i xDrive are improve by this kit from 306 hp to 362 hp and 480 Nm; the 430d and 430d xDrive from 313 hp to 362 hp and 700 Nm; the 428i and 428i xDrive from 245 hp to 286 hp and 410 Nm; the 420i and 420i xDrive from 184 hp to 218 hp and 320 Nm; and the 425d from 218 hp to 258 hp and 530 Nm.
