The new Swedish megacar, Koenigsegg Agera One:1, is gearing up for its UK debut, which as it turns out is going to be dynamic. That’s a clue as to where you can expect to see it, as there is only one place where a car can make a dynamic debut: Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The One:1 will be represented as part of the Michelin Supercar Run at Goodwood FoS from June 26. This will be the first time we get to witness the real performance of this car. The numbers suggest it should make mincemeat of all other hyper cars, but you never know.

Speaking of numbers, Koenigsegg Agera One:1 is the meeting point for some truly amazing ones. It is the first car in the world to boast one Megawatt of power (1,341 horsepower), and since it weighs roughly the same, 1,341 kg, the car has a power to weight ratio of 1 to 1, hence the name.

Riding on bespoke Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires from Michelin, Koenigsegg One:1 is a lot more advanced than the normal Agera, thanks to innovative features such as fully active aero with independent left and right front flaps and hydraulic dual plane rear wing; 3G and GPS controlled Predictive Active Chassis; 3G connectivity for telemetry, performance, lap times and a dedicated telephone app. The car has a simulated top speed of 440 km/h, but the real world top speed is yet to be tested.

Koenigsegg Agera One:1 is already sold out.
