It has been a long while since Ducth sports car maker Spkyer announced the new B6 Venator, but the car is yet to be launched and latest reports suggest it won’t be coming out until at least spring of 2015. Despite that, an open-top version of the B6 Venator was recently spotted in Monaco during the Grand Prix weekend.
A quick look at the Spyker B6 Venator Spyder shows why we are so eager to see this car out in the wild. It is absolutely exquisite; from that unique rear-end, to the leather accents on the hood, to all that elegant chrome up front, the B6 is a sight to behold. Shmee150 says the Spyker attracted a lot of attention in Monaco, which is saying something, because over there you have to be very special to get noticed.
Meanwhile back in Netherlands and Spyker headquarters, the top brass is apparently working out a production plan for the Spyker B6 Venator Spyder and its coupe twin. They gave the boys at Autoweek this updated rendering of the production B6 you see below, and promised them good things regarding its performance. We have a sneaking suspicion, however, that the finished product is going to cost a whole lot more than the 110,000 Euro they first promised.
