One of the biggest attractions of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, nay, any motoring event, is always Ferrari’s stand. This year the visitors are also treated to two regional debuts as well, celebrating the launch of California T and 458 Speciale.
The Ferrari California T is the replacement for the old Cali and it brings with it a new turbocharged V8 engine, which is the first of its kind since the F40. Compared to the previous model, the T also features a nicer design and an improved cabin. You still get the folding hardtop and plenty of performance.
The 458 Speciale is the hotted-top, track-focused version of the 458 Italia powered by a 600 horsepower version of the same engine, and featuring a new system that helps you pull off perfect drifts and look like a hero. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds dead.
Ferrari California T and 458 Speciale will be joined by the F12berlinetta and the 2009 F1 car at 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Special guests include Kimi Räikkönen, Pedro de la Rosa and John Surtees.
