90 Ferraris, including 4 LaFerraris, started today the 2014 edition of Ferrari Cavalcade driving tour in Siracusa, Sicily. The Cavalcade is a treat for “Maranello’s most exclusive clients” from 27 different countries, gathered in Italy to explore some of the most beautiful corners of Sicily.
Day one of the Ferrari Cavalcade 2014 tour started with a large parade of the 90 Ferraris taking part in the rally lining the hillclimb route leading up to the Rifugio Sapienza on Mount Etna. There customers were taken on a helicopter ride over the active crater of the volcano, which is something they won’t forget in a hurry!

Ferrari Cavalcade 2014 is more important than the previous editions because this year the event sees the debut of a one-off model. It’s the Ferrari F12 TRS which is an open-top two-seater sports barchetta based on the F12berlinetta. Technical specs of the TRS are yet to be revealed, but the design is said to be inspired by the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa. This car has reportedly cost its owner $4.2 million.
