German tuner Fostla received an order to upgrade an E70 BMW X5M – the previous generation – with more power and a new look. They went kind of berserk with this project, creating one of the most powerful and eye-catching SUVs known to man.
In terms of performance, Fostla BMW X5M benefits from a power kit by PP-Performance. The package includes software, intakes, and an Akrapovic exhaust system. The combined impact of these upgrades in a huge increase in power output: from 555 PS to a massive 650 PS with over 900 Nm of torque.
As you’d expect, that kind of power has a profound effect on the way the car goes, even if it’s as big as a block of flats. So this X5M is capable of making 100 km/h from 0 in just over 4.5 seconds, but sadly the top speed is still limited to 250 km/h.
As for the appearance, Fostla BMW X5M takes a direct approach and is content with a wrap and a set of 21-inch wheels from BMW Individual range. The wrap is a unique one though. It’s anodized matte red, garnished with black grilles, smoked lights, and tinted windows. The cost of all these goodies is 8,000 Euros.
