Remember this white LaFerrari scooped up close a few weeks ago? Turns out it was ordered by no other than ex-Van Halen member, the Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar. The man is more than qualified to be one of the 499 LaFerrari customers, as he owns six other Prancing Horses, including a bespoke 599.

Hagar, 66, is as excited as a six-year-old about his new Ferrari and can’t wait to drive the hell out of it. After all, he is a rockstar and it is only fitting if he treats his $1.4 million hyper car like one. This fact is beautifully reflected in his 80’s hit song “I Can’t Drive 55.”

“I couldn’t be more excited, and I’m buying it to drive it,” says Hagar. “I suspect I might even have to take some more driving courses to really be able to pilot this baby with confidence. From everything I’ve read about the LaFerrari, you need to recalibrate your brain when you get inside.”

Ferrari is a rock ‘n’ roll kind of car, with many a rockstar their regular customer. Nick Mason, Eric Clapton, Sammy Hagar, and of course, Jay Kay, who made a lot of noise recently with his Green LaFerrari, are among them.
