Mercedes AMG GT is unrelenting in making headlines. Everything about this car is exciting, even if it’s just shots of it in different colors. This time we have something more interesting for you – the first images of the special launch model, the Mercedes AMG GT Edition 1.
By now all of you must be familiar with Merc’s Edition 1 habit. Earlier today we featured the Mercedes C63 AMG Edition 1 which comes with special exterior and interior appointments fitted to it to celebrate the launch of the car into the market. The AMG GT Edition 1 is exactly the same.
Well, maybe not exactly. Seeing as the AMG GT is a much bigger deal than the C63, the Edition 1 treatment it is getting is a lot more substantial. So there arerevised front and rear bumpers on this version of the car with gloss black elements, as well as a fixed rear wing which resembles that of the Black Series models.
Mercedes AMG GT Edition 1 also gets special paint jobs including unique shades of white and grey, special AMG wheels, red brake calipers, and an upgraded interior with fancy stitching, red seatbelts, and an Alacantara-wrapped steering wheel.
