Volvo announced the official pricing and details of the first edition of the 2015 XC90 SUV going on sale in America. The family-friendly SUV launches with the T6 AWD variant which is priced from $48,900 for the Momentum and $54,500 for the Inscription trim level.

2015 Volvo XC90 T6 is well-equipped by default, featuring a panoramic sunroof, 19-inch wheels, and LED Fog Lamp with Corner Illumination. All XC90s also come as standard with HMI user experience with 9” Sensus touch screen, 7 passenger seating, and best in class cargo capacity.

In terms of safety, you get Collision avoidance including pedestrian and cyclist detection (day and night), Road edge detection, Lane departure warning, Roll Stability Control with inflatable curtain airbags, Next-generation Whiplash Protection System (WHIPS), and Volvo On Call, including remote lock/unlock, send to car and vehicle tracking, with smartphone app.

2015 Volvo XC90 T6 Momentum comes 20-inch wheels as standard while the Inscription gets 21” 8-spoke.
