British Land Rover specialist Urban Truck announced a number upgrades for their Defender Ultimate Edition lineup which covers both 90 and 110 models. The treatment includes a new power kit for the turbodiesel engine and a number of styling updates inside and out, plus new equipment.

Engine-wise, Urban Truck Defender comes with an uprated 2.2 liter turbodiesel unit which now generates 170bhp and 480 Nm of torque thanks to a performance air filter, new intercooler and stainless steel sport exhaust system.

The all-important visual features have been updated with a new KBX pack which includes front grille, headlight bezels, hood and side vents, plus gloss black mirrors, sating black guards and badges, and privacy glass. Inside, you will find Recaro nappa leather seats with heaters, premium carpets, and Momo leather steering wheel among the welcome new features.

Urban Truck Defender can be specified with Alpine infotainment system with navigation and bluetooth, subwoofers, rear view camera, and parking assist system. Prices start from £49,995.
