Brabus is not all about big, powerful, super deluxe cars. They also have a comprehensive range of upgrade parts for more ordinary Mercedes-Benz modes. The latest program announced by the Bottrop-based tuner covers the new Mercedes C-Class AMG Line and provides it with styling and performance enhancements.
Since the Mercedes C-Class AMG Line comes with an AMG body kit from the factory, for the exterior Brabus has settled only for a front spoiler lip, a boot lid spoiler, and a diffuser look rear bumper to go with the chrome tailpipes. You can perfect the look of your C-Class with a wide range of classy Brabus wheels, available in 18, 19 or 20 inches and in different colors.
Mechanically, Brabus has gone out of their way to give the petrol engines in the range a proper power boost. So the C180 gets a bump to 177 PS, and the C200 now enjoys an output of 225 PS which translates into a 0-100 km/h time of under 7 seconds. The job of coping with the extra oomph is given to the tricked-out suspension system which now sits 30mm lower than the standard.
Next up will be the Mercedes C63 AMG and it won’t be messing around with small power upgrades and the like. That one will get a full-fat package.
