RocketBunny was the center of attention at this year’s SEMA show because of their wide body Lexus RC. That was an impressive car, but not totally original. This, the RocketBunny Subaru BRZ, is the genesis and where the idea for the RC came from.

The wide body BRZ is of course not exactly news, but the new wrap on it is. The car is covered this time, by the guys from Impressive Wrap, with a very special light green pear vinyl wrap, apparently inspired by the color of the pigs in the Angry Birds game! It does a good job of bringing out all the twists added to the body by the RocketBunny kit.

Speaking of which, the wide body RocketBunny Subaru BRZ package consists of completely new bumpers, fenders, sills and aero parts, complemented with extra wide wheels and tires and custom suspension. It is a fairly impractical arrangement, but these custom wide body jobs have become a trend and people buy them just for the way they look.

You get massive bumpers with large intakes and extra width on the side to match the add-on wide fenders bolted directly to the body with no attempt to make them blend in. With fenders like those, you really don’t have to worry about the size of your spoilers, so there is a huge splitter up front and a sizable wing at the back.
