Volvo Trucks has already proved numerous times that they are the masters of viral videos, the Epic Split clip featuring Jean-Claude Van Damme being the perfect example. They are now about to release a new spot in which they break out the big guns, enlisting the services of the fellow Swedish car maker, Koenigsegg. It’s Volvo FH vs Koenigsegg One:1!

It doesn’t make much sense what can a Volvo FH commercial truck do facing Koenigsegg One:1, the world’s first mega car with 1,345 horsepower. But we reckon at the very least this David & Goliath-inspired challenge will be hugely entertaining, especially as the Volvo truck will be driven by no other than Tiff Needell.

“Matching a Volvo FH against Koenigsegg One:1 is the perfect challenge to see if our newly launched I-Shift Dual Clutch transmission lives up to expectations in terms of driveability and driving comfort that comes with seamless gear shifting,” says Per Nilsson, PR Director at Volvo Trucks.

Volvo FH vs Koenigsegg One:1 challenge will air on November 11 on YouTube. The venue for the event is at Ring Knutstorp in southern Sweden, a track known for its hills and sharp curves. Can’t wait to see what they have in store this time.
