After inspiring a Cigarette boat, Mercedes AMG GT goes on to spawn yet another form of transportation, this time a mountain bike built by German manufacturer Rotwild. The high-performance Rotwild GT S bike is built mainly for competition, but it looks so cool it is almost a luxury good.
Rotwild’s Mercedes AMG GT S mountain bike features Shimano XTR drive technology with an electronic switching device with multi-shift function which means several gears can be shifted sequentially. This operation ensures efficient power transmission, short operating time, and reliable, fast and smooth shifting.
The hydraulic braking system of AMG GT S mountain bike is also a marvel of technology, boasting Formula R1 Racing components and lightweight discs weighing only 276 grams. You also get high-performance Continental tires. But the biggest highlight of this bike is the carbon fiber construction which is the main reason for its lightness, agility, and of course, rather huge price tag.
The handcrafted AMG GT S mountain bike comes with bespoke carrying case and repair kit, all included in the 9,990 EUR price tag. The bike will hit the market in May and is limited to only 100 units.
