Not sure why would you want to tune a special edition BMW already tuned by the company, but if you do, TVW Car Design can hook you up. They have come up with an upgrade kit for the BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition including new wheels and suspension and a power package.

Weirdly though, they have done absolutely nothing about the ridiculous livery BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition sports. We do realize that livery is what makes this model a special celebratory model – marking Marco Wittmann’s 1024 DTM title – but it looks silly for a road car. TVW has changed the wheels though, swapping the stock M rims for a set of 20-inch BBS wheels in black.

The tuner has also equipped this M4 with KW Clubsport 2-way adjustable suspension system which result in a good amount of lowering. That, combined with the car’s own M performance parts such as front splitter and rear wing, gives the M4 DTM a cool hunkered-down look which is very sweet. The suspension should also improve the handling, especially as the car also has Michelin Pilot Super Sport UHP tires now.

In terms of performance, TVW Car Design BMW M4 DTM Champion Edition is equipped with an Akrapovic exhaust system, software, and K&N air intake system. The upshot of all this is that the power output goes up from 430 hp and 550 Nm to a pretty remarkable 517 hp and 700 Nm. So yes, it’s been worth it upgrading a car already tuned by BMW because apparently they are not very good at this.
