Benjamin Sloss in a tech billionaire best known for his magnificent car collection, and yes, because he is a top executive at a little company called Google. Sloss loves his cars and loves his wife, and these two passions came together recently as he bought his wife a Ferrari FXX K birthday present.
Mr Sloss is a huge fan of Corse Clienti special edition model, but he doesn’t buy them for racing, rather for a cause. He was the man who bought a 599XX a few years ago to support relief efforts for the victims of hurricane Sandy. His new XX car is a one-of-a-kind yellow Ferrari FXX K which he has gifted to his wife. Fair to say Sloss is not your average 70-year old billionaire. He is actually a very decent man.
Just to give you some pointers as to what makes the FXX K so special, it’s a track version of the LaFerrari hyper car powered by a tweaked version of its V12-KERS powertrain and lightened for the sake of performance. Packing 1,050 horsepower, the K features advanced aerodynamics and electronics that make it a formidable weapon on the race track. Too bad it doesn’t qualify for any of the official racing series.
