Things are heating up in the world of virtual tuning – by which we mean fanciful designers altering the looks of production cars to their heart’s content. Lately we’ve been seeing a lot of good efforts such as this gorgeous 911 GT3 RS and now this, a Liberty Walk Mercedes E-Coupe.
Granted, this doesn’t look like a full-blooded LB-Works treatment, but the kit X-Tomi has designed for the E-Class Coupe is certainly inspired in no small part by the works of the Japanese tuner. Those bolt-on fenders, as you know, are the signature dish of Liberty Walk.
Besides the fenders, which feature the usual exposed bolt apparatus as per LB standards, this virtual Liberty Walk Mercedes E-Coupe also gets a carbon aero kit consisting of a front spoiler lip, side skirts, and presumably, a rear diffuser. Being a professional renderer, Tomi has also taken care to slam the car on some air suspension system and a set of fat wheels and tires. We have to say though we are not digging that cargo box on the roof!
