Along with the new C63 DTM race car, Daimler revealed today a high-end version of the production version of the car. The 2017 Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1 comes with a number of extras tailored for both the normal and the S models.
The S version of the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1 gets a designo Magno Selenite Grey matt paint with yellow film coating, plus yellow stripes on the engine bonnet, roof, boot lid as well as the side lines above the rocker panels. It also comes with matt black Performance forged wheels which accommodate ceramic brake discs. The normal variant has a more sober design, featuring graphite grey matt graphics and matte black wheels.
Both models, however, get the AMG Aerodynamics Package in high-gloss black, which includes large front spoiler, specific side skirts, lateral airflow breakaway edges in the rear apron, the specific rear diffuser and the specific airflow break-away edge on the boot lid. Another highlight of the Edition 1 model is the AMG Night Package, consisting mainly of silver chrome grille, gloss black side sills, mirror caps, and accents on front and rear aprons, tinted glass and exhaust system with two chrome-plated twin tailpipe tips.
The main features of the interior for both Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Edition 1 models include AMG Performance seats upholstered in Nappa leather with contrast stitching, DINAMICA microfibre steering wheel featuring a flattened bottom, IWC style yellow-accented instruments, and matt carbon trims.
