Just like their program for the Huracan, German tuner DMC a few different styling packages available for the Lamborghini Aventador. This one right here is one of the range-topping, most high-end versions, the DMC Aventador Edizione GT LP988.
You may remember seeing that front bumper, albeit in smaller scale, on the latest DMC Huracan we featured earlier. The massive carbon fiber front splitter with its sizable side flaps has a unique shape and is really what makes a DMC Aventador Edizione GT such a distinguished product. The rest of the kit includes side skirts and vents, prominent rear diffuser, and a tall rear wing, all made of carbon fiber.
As mentioned, this DMC Aventador Edizione GT boasts the styling kit fitted to the LP988 models. That designation, of course, means the engine in those models is tuned to 988 horsepower courtesy of a twin turbo system, individual throttle bodies for each cylinder, and a custom exhaust system. The thing is, this particular GT only features the body kit and not the engine treatment.
The engine in this bad boy is the standard 700 horsepower V12 of the Aventador, but it does have an optional sport exhaust system from factory. So it’s not completely stock after all.
