This past few weeks we have shown you some pretty awesome tuning programs for AMG’s superb GT sports car with all sorts of body kits and mechanical upgrades. This one here is not really a tuner car as it gets only a light treatment, but it’s certainly one of the coolest. Meet the unique Cartech Mercedes AMG GT.

All the Swiss tuner has done to this AMG GT is fit it with a set of new wheels and adjust its suspension around those wheels. It’s a simple, yet extremely effective way of enhancing the looks and stance of the car. Where the genius of Cartech shows, however, is in the wheel design they have picked for this car and the color.

Cartech Mercedes AMG GT features a set of vintage-looking HRE RS105 rims in satin charcoal, measuring 10×20 inch with Michelin 265/30-20 tires up front and 12×21 inch with Michelin 305/25-21 tires out back. This setup seems to be the perfect wheel size combo for the GT, although we shouldn’t forget the KW threaded suspension system plays in the whole thing.

Powered by a 510 horsepower twin turbo V8 engine, Mercedes AMG GT is one of those cars you can’t really find a fault with. It’s good-looking, fast, efficient, luxurious, comfortable. The only downside, perhaps, is that it’s rather expensive.
