German tuner MEC Design is in the process of making a complete styling package for the Mercedes GLE Coupe, scheduled for release in summer 2016. But while that is being readied, they offer a range of accessories and upgrades to spice up the car and make the waiting easier.
The main items currently on the list for MEC Design Mercedes GLE Coupe include a set of custom wheels, suspension adjustment, and a couple of interior upgrades including a custom sport steering wheel and luxury MEC branded floor mats. The body kit is also previewed here by the subtle front spoiler lip and the rear tailgate spoiler.
The wheels adorning MEC’s Mercedes GLE Coupe are the firm’s sporty CC3 forged meCCon Series models, finished here in gloss black. They measure 10,5 x 22 inch on the front axle wrapped with 285 section tires, and 12 x 22 inch on the rear axle shod with massive 325 section tires. In order to make the wheels really pop inside the fenders, the tuner has adjusted the car’s stock suspension and lowered the ride height by 20mm.
