Well, every time we think we’ve seen all there is to see in terms of unusual ‘Individual’ color available for the F80 3 Series BMW, the boys at the Abu Dhabi branch of the car maker surprise us with a new and even more amazing model. The latest is this Twilight Purple BMW M3, and you’ll agree this is unique as it gets. Until they bring out the something uniquer.

As is often the case with BMW Abu Dhabi’s special offers, the Twilight Purple BMW M3 is fully tricked-out with M Performance parts as well as a fair few goodies from the aftermarket scene. We get to those in a moment, but let’s take a second and appreciate the paint job on this car first as it is one of the more interesting colors you can have on your M3. This is the only shade of purple we’ve seen on a car that is actually cool.

As for the extras that add to the visual drama of Twilight Purple BMW M3, you have the M Performance front carbon fiber bumper extension with spoiler and accents and M Performance rear diffuser in carbon fiber, while the carbon rear wing comes from AC Schnitzer. Usually, M’d upped Bimmers get Akrapovic exhaust systems with carbon tailpipes and this car is no exception. The system itself is made from titanium.

The only part of this M3 we don’t like is the interior which is a mishmash of materials and colors. You get the orange leather upholstery and an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel which are great, but then the dashboard is trimmed with wood instead of aluminum or carbon, which is not great. Still, those pieces can easily be replaced.
