It has been known for a while in the tuning world that Piecha is working on a sick upgrade package for the AMG GT. Now the firm has made it official and released the first pictures and details what they have christened Piecha Design Mercedes AMG GT RSR.

It’s a thorough kit what Peicha is offering for the GT, including a power boost and a really cool styling kit that makes you wonder why would you ever need AMG’s own GT R now.  Piecha Design Mercedes AMG GT RSR gets an engine modifications kit with new software and exhaust system good enough for a boost in power to 612 horsepower and 840 Nm of torque. The extra oomph translated on the road into a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 330 km/h. So no complaints in terms of performance.

Another big highlight of the Piecha Design Mercedes AMG GT RSR is the body kit it is rocking, which  consists of a series of carbon fiber elements that not only improve the looks, they also have aerodynamic benefits. There is a front spoiler lip with the accompanying cup wings, side skirts, a magnificent rear diffuser and a big and fixed rear diffuser. You also get new tailpipes, uprated springs, and a new set of wheels in sizes 19 inch front, 20 inch rear shod with YOKOHAMA Advan Sport V105 tires measuring  275/35 ZR19 and 305/30 ZR20 respectively.
