Carlex Design is one of the top names in interior refinement with a huge portfolio of excellent works to show. One of their latest projects was this Mercedes C-Class Estate whose cabin they have transformed from a run-of-the-mill family car interior into something fit for a supercar.
Using plenty of leather, which covers pretty much every visible surface, Carlex has come up with an aggressive and sporty design for this Mercedes C-Class. The choice of colors, red and black, and the unique embroidery and stitching patterns, are all indicative of the designer’s tendency to overcompensate a bit and give the estate car an overly sporty atmosphere inside the cabin, thus making its driving experience less mundane.
So the Estate Mercedes C-Class gets red leather with geometric embroidery on the seats and door panels as well as around the steering wheel, complemented with rich black leather with contrast stitching for that unique sports car look. The design goes really well with the whole design of the cabin and the flowing form of the dashboard and consoles, not to mention all the avantgarde trim pieces. We’re just hoping this C-Class is an AMG model, because a diesel is just not worth such a treatment!
