With their latest project though they decided to have a taste of what the rivals from Stuttgart have to offer. The result is DS Auto Mercedes S63 Coupe, a beast of a car with 700 horsepower output.

Now, although they are reluctant to give us any technical details on DS Auto Mercedes S63 Coupe apart from the power figures which stand at 700 PS and more than 1,000 Nm of torque, we reckon the power kit they have utilized to create this handsome monster is the one by G-Power, mainly because it makes the same exact output. Also, just like G-Power, DS has refrained from touching the body apart from swapping the stock wheels a little fancier from their Hamann collection.

Regardless of the ingredients, DS Auto Mercedes S63 Coupe is undoubtedly one of the hottest tuned versions of this car around right now. In fact, this car could well be one of the best luxury sports coupes in the world. Granted, you can go higher still and get yourself a Brabus 850. But in the real world we can’t really think of a scenario where an extra 150 PS would make a huge difference. Plus, and this is personal, we prefer the stock look of the S63 Coupe to Brabus’s chintzy aero kit.
