As such, the £13,315 VW Polo Match is equipped with some a healthy amount of kit, chief among which connectivity features. The car comes with Car-Net App-Connect incorporating Apple CarPlay, Google Android Auto or MirrorLink for full smartphone integration, enabling the owner to run some of the most popular connectivity apps such as Skype right from the car’s touchscreen. The system is also capable of running other apps such as Call & Remind and Cam Connect which works with GoPro cameras.
As for the more car-like features, VW Polo Match boasts electrically heated door mirrors with body-colored casing, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, LED rain sensor, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, 15-inch ‘Stratford’ alloy wheels and manual air conditioning. The value-packed Polo Match can be had with a 1.0-litre 60 PS petrol, a 1.2-litre 90 PS TSI, or a 1.4-litre TDI 75 PS, and it gets standard ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), ESC (Electronic Stability Control) and Automatic Post-Collision Braking.
