The official pricing for the new 2018 Volvo XC60 SUV in America has been revealed, and although it is somewhat expensive one could say it’s a bargain considering the looks and the features and the quality. The XC60 starts in U.S. market at $41,500.

That price is for the T5 model with the turbocharged gas engine producing 250 horsepower and all-wheel drive. The T6 version featuring turbo and supercharged gas engine producing 316 horsepower with all-wheel drive kicks off at $44,900, and the top-of-the-line T8 with its Twin Engine Electric Plug-In Hybrid producing 400 horsepower with electric all-wheel drive starts at $52,900.

As for the equipment, all 2018 Volvo XC60 regardless of engine or trim come as standard with a panoramic moonroof, leather seats, Thor’s Hammer LED headlamps, and Apple Carplay / Android Auto integrated into the 9 inch center touch screen.  Notable optional features include soft Nappa Leather seats with ventilation and massage, Bowers & Wilkins Premium Sound and four-corner air suspension.

The famous Volvo safety is guaranteed in the XC60 with features such as Lane Keeping Aid, Oncoming Lane Mitigation, which will provide steering input to mitigate head-on collisions, Intellisafe City Safety system, which includes pedestrian, cyclist, vehicle and large animal detection with automatic emergency braking, and Volvo’s Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) which now uses Steer Assist functionality to prevent drivers from changing lanes into other vehicles.
