The iconic Mercedes G-Class off-roader – also known as G-Wagen, big G, and G-Sizzle – celebrated a significant milestone this past week as the 300,000th production unit rolled off the production line at Magna Steyr in Graz. Originally conceived as a military vehicle, the G-Class went on to become one of the coolest, trendiest cars ever and is now the must-have accessory for the rich and famous.

The milestone Mercedes G-Class is a G500 in the colour designo mauritius blue metallic with black leather seats and contrasting white stitching boasting an off-road package consisting of black 16-inch wheels with all-terrain tyres and a robust roof rack. If you fancy buying it, though, forget about it because this car was designed based on Facebook votes and is now embarking on a number of adventures to be featured on social media networks via hashtag #Gventure300K.
