Following last month’s teaser, Mercedes-AMG and Cigarette Racing have no unveiled the latest outcome of their long and fruitful partnership, the Mercedes AMG GT Cigarette boat, officially called the Cigarette Racing 50 Marauder GT S Concept.

On display at the Miami International Boat Show next to a custom Mercedes AMG GT styled in the same manner as the boat, the Marauder GT S is a high-performance boat with the most powerful production twin engine ever fitted to a Cigarette.

Mercedes AMG GT Cigarette boat comes in the exclusive AMG Solarbeam colour and features two distinctive matte black stripes and AMG lettering. There is also five sports seats, presumably covered with waterproof material.

Performance-wise, the Mercury engine powering the AMG GT Cigarette boat, measuring 50 feet long (about 15 metres) and eight feet wide (about 2.40 metres), enable it to reach a top speed of more than 217 km/h which must be quite exhilarating on water!

“Inspired by the all-new Mercedes-AMG GT S, our newest collaboration with Cigarette Racing focuses on the exhilarating and the exquisite,” said Gorden Wagener, Head of Design Daimler AG. “The new Mercedes-AMG GT is a sports car in its purist form and this expression of power and speed is what also sculpted the body and the flowing lines of the 50 Marauder GT S Concept.”
