Jay Leno is not a big fan of off-road vehicles. He doesn’t even seem very keen on SUVs. But he recently came across a car that may turn him. It’s the 2012 Red Jacket Jeep Wrangler by VWerks. It starts life as a normal Wrangler, before getting converted into this off-road monster using a blend of bespoke parts and Mopar accessories. One helluva car.

Jay doesn’t take this Jeep off-raod to test its capabilities, he just cruises around Burbeck which is hardly a challenge for a Prius, let alone this thing. But just looking at those wheels, and reading its specs, you know the Red Jacket is the real deal:
