With the number of sporty new SUVs constantly growing Ford thought they better come up with one, or they’re going to be left behind. Now, they don’t have a sporty SUV in their range, the best they got is the Explorer. So they decided to tart it up and add a couple of sporty touches to it, and present it as a new model. The new sporty Expo will be unveiled Wednesday, March 28.

This teaser video shows us some of the details, like the new mesh grille, sports headlights, sport exhausts and some of the interior tweaks.

Not sure if the sporty exhaust noise is also accompanied with more go-juice, bu we will find out soon enough. This could be the Explorer SVT we haven’t been waiting for!
