A few days ago we told you about the Ferrari Manta Concept, on display at Ferrari Supercar Exhibition in Maranello, and the fact that it was one of the final candidates to become the Enzo successor along with the LaFerrari and one other concept called the Tensostruttura. This is the Tensostruttura, which looks much closer to the finished product than the Manta.

The Tensostruttura and the Manta were two finalists from nine different design proposals for the Enzo repalcement, but eventually they both lost the race to the LaFerrari. They did have a profound effect on the design of the real thing though. The Tensostruttura appears to be a bit more crazy-looking than the LaFerrari – it’s almost Veneno-like – which is probably why it didn’t get the green light.
