Japanese styling kit guru 3D Design has come up with a nice new kit for the BMW 3-Series GT. This 3 for 3 job does help the Bimmer look slightly less annoying by giving it a meaner, sportier look. It’s still not what you call a looker, but hey, BMW’s ugly cars are not easy to improve at all.
Being German, BMW tends to do everything perfectly. So when they design a handsome car it is properly desirable, and likewise, when they decide to launch an uggo, they make absolutely sure the end result is properly hideous.
Now, this styling kit for BMW 3-Series GT by 3D Design adds a massive chin spoiler, a pair side skirts, a roof spoiler, a neat rear diffuser, new wheels and new exhaust pipes – four of them to be precise. Add to that blacked-out grilles and air intakes and tinted windows, and the GT does look a tad more tolerable.
To be unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show later this month, BMW 3-Series GT by 3D Design also features sport pedals, branded trim pieces, and branded floor mats inside the cabin.
