Unlike BMW’s M division, AMG does not really care about facts and figures. They are a lot more laid back than that. In the latest teaser for the upcoming Mercedes AMG GT, though, they settle down for a bit to remind you of all the impressive numbers that have been involved in the development of this epic sports car.
OK so these teasers may have become kind of boring as they all show a camo-wrapped car being driven in an exuberant manner. But you can take solace in the fact that the duo date is very close for the Mercedes AMG GT and we get to see it in full on September 9.
So to sum up, the most notable numbers are as follows: 32 months of testing in 15 countries in temperatures varying from -30 to 50 degrees; 460 to 520 horsepower; and 2,974 square meters wrapping foil for camouflaging the prototypes. The most important number of all is the 0 in 0 compromises.
