In an attempt to console the Queen, probably, on the imminent loss of Scotland to independence, Range Rover released the Evoque SW1. This is car the first in a series of “Inspired by Britain” special editions from Jaguar Land Rover and it comes with Union Jack graphics among other features.

To be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show net month, Range Rover Evoque SW1 is based on the Dynamic body style, and will be offered in Firenze Red, Fuji White, Loire Blue, Santorini Black and Corris Grey with a contrast Fuji white roof and gloss Fuji white 20″ alloy wheels. The main highlight of the exterior, as mentioned, is the Union Flag graphics feature on the rear spoiler and the white door mirror housings.

Inside the cabin you find Taurus Ebony leather upholstery, door inserts, arm rests and facia trim picked out with contrast Cirrus stitching, plus a red rotary shift knob or a Union Jack lever depending on the transmission. Range Rover Evoque SW1 is also the first car in the world to get the advanced integrated laser Head-Up Display (HUD). It features laser holographic techniques which results in sharper and brighter images.
