Generally, we don’t really like wrapping. It’s like tuning for lazy people! But we have to admit we are huge fans of cool, military-inspired colors for exotic cars, like this one spotted in Amsterdam recently, a matte military green Audi RS7.
The reason this car is extra cool, apart from the amazing color, is the contrast. The RS7 is a serious luxury and performance machine. You usually expect to see it sober colors like grey or black. That matte green, on the other hand, you’d expect only to see on a Humvee or an APC. But it does suit the Audi rather well. Maybe that’s because the RS7 is as powerful as a tank!
Audi RS7 has a powerful yet efficient V8 engine with 560 horsepower and over 700 Nm of torque. Thanks to a brilliant dual-clutch transmission and quattro all-wheel-drive system, the car catapults from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and if you deactivate the limiter, on to a top speed of over 186 mph (300 km/h). All the while the car remains cozy and comfy, although some people interpret that as being detached and argue the RS7 lack the driving feel you’d expect from a 560-hp car. Then again, Audis have always been like this!
