Japanese tuner Wald International is in the process of making a bespoke Black Bison kit for the Lexus NX crossover, and as always they announced it by releasing a couple of intriguing preview pictures. Based on what we can see here, Wald Lexus NX is going to be one of their best Black Bisons yet.

By now most of you have gotten accustomed to Wald’s peculiar, but interesting style. The Black Bison philosophy calls for rather ostentatious aero parts on the front and rear of the car, but depending on the car in question they look either absolutely amazing or really awful. Wald Lexus NX, we reckon, belongs to the former group.

The styling kit adds to the NX a very nicely designed front spoiler lip, flanked on either side by revised air intakes and fog lights. The treatment continues with fender flares, side skirts, and a one of a kind rear diffuser with concealed tailpipes and an F1-style rear fog light. You also get a tailgate spoiler and a set of aftermarket wheels if you wish to.

Wald Lexus NX does not come with any performance upgrade worth mentioning, apart from a sport exhaust system maybe. But that’s OK, because both the hybrid powertrain and the 2.0 liter turbo unit available for this car are absolutely magnificent.
