The guys at BMW Abu Dhabi have a huge obsession with the Alpina B6 Bi-Turbo, especially the Gran Coupe version. Over the past few months we saw a number of different B6 Gran Coupes in some pretty unique colors at their showroom, and now here’s another one, this time in Turquoise Blue.
This Alpina B6 Gran Coupe is actually unique in more ways than one, taking into account the unique Alpina body kit, the special paint finish, and those glorious retro Alpina wheels. The 6er may not lend itself much to retro touches, since it’s a pretty sleek and modern design, but it’s rocking those wheels!
Another unique feature of this B6 is the interior, upholstered in the same color leather as the exterior. This is definitely an unusual color for the interior, but that’s why this car is worthy of the attention it’s getting right now.
In term of the mechanical features, the Alpina B6 Gran Coupe is powered by a 4.4-liter Bi-Turbo V8 engine developing 540 horsepower. The engine is mated to an 8-speed Sport automatic transmission with ALPINA Switch-Tronic software and BMW’s xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive system. That gives the car the ability to go from 0 to 100 km/h in just over 4 seconds and reach a top speed of 320 km/h.
