BMW M3 Touring 600x390 at Rendering: BMW M3 Touring

We see a great number of creative renderings each day and if we’re honest most of them, amazing to look at though they certainly are, have no place in the real world. Sometimes the simplest rendering is the one you desire the most, because it just makes a lot of sense… something like this BMW M3 Touring.

So what we have here is a normal 3 Series Touring fitted with the bumpers, sills, fenders, tailpipes, and wheels of the F31 M3 to create a seriously good-looking, hugely functional, and totally desirable BMW M3 Touring. The greatest thing about this rendering, besides looking awesome, is that a wagon M3 could actually happen.

BMW has been experimenting with more practical M cars over the course of the past decade, hence the launch of cars like the M5 Touring and the M6 Gran Coupe. And it was a hit and miss sort of affair. The M5 estate wasn’t a very popular model, whereas the M6 Gran Coupe is one of the best cars ever to come out of Bavaria.

All the evidence indicate that a BMW M3 Touring would be a hit because unlike the M5 Touring it doesn’t really look like a station wagon at all. And anyway, if you are buying a four-door M3, you might as well go for the estate and enjoy the greater practicality. We sure will be hearing more about this car in the near future.
