Lamborghini Miura is without a doubt one of the most rock and roll cars in the history. That is partly due to the way it looks, partly because of the way it goes, and mostly because many rockstars used to own one back in the day. Some like Jay Kay still do. This one’s used to belong to Rod Stewart and it can now be yours for the princely sum of £1.25 Million!
On sale at Amari super car dealership in London, this Lamborghini Miura is a right-hand-drive example wearing an absolutely beautiful Blu Notte paint job garnished with silver accents and Nero leather interior. It is of course fully restored and even upgraded from S to SV specs by a previous owner who has apparently spent a 100 grand on the conversion.
But you don’t buy a car like this for performance. You buy it first and foremost for bragging rights, so you can say at dinner parties that you own a Lamborghini Miura, and oh yes, it was Rod Stewart’s own. You also buy it so you can sit in front of it with a glass of Macallan and just ogle it for hours on end.
Of course, £1.25 Million is an obscene amount of money to spend on a car, and chances are the Amari guys have bought it for a lot less at an auction or something, but the Miura is an appreciating classic and you could potentially make a hefty profit on it come sale time. The car has perfect service history and only 28,731 km on the clock.
