Vossen Wheels has collaborated once again with Japanese tuner Hamana on a unique and interesting project based on the Mercedes A Class. Hamana Mercedes A45 AMG is the only proper wide body treatment available for the German hatchback.

By proper we mean that Hamana Mercedes A45 AMG wide body features a full body kit designed to match the wide fenders. The fenders themselves are tailored to the size and proportions of the small hatchback. The upshot of all this is that the kit looks coherent and together and, well, nice!

Besides the massively flared wheel arches, Hamana Mercedes A45 AMG also features custom front and rear bumpers, front chin spoiler, rear diffuser, new tailpipes, and of course, a set of  Vossen VFS-2 in brushed silver. The tuner has also installed an air suspension system to achieved that special “bagged” look every car fan loves so much.

Like every other Japanese tuner Hamana has its very own unique style that Europeans and Americans might find a bit, well, unusual. That’s actually the reason their cars are cool. They look different from anything else you see out there.
