Although Bugatti Veyron is out of production now and the work is underway on its replacement, Oakley Design has bothered coming up with an exclusive upgrade package for the car. It’s a special order from a customer who is a fan of Oakley’s work, and apparently bored with his run-of-the-mill Veyron.

We can’t blame this fella. As the more hard-core petrolheads among you have already noticed, Oakley Design Bugatti Veyron is based on an early model 16.4 Veyron. It was succeeded by the Vitesse and the SuperSport, not to mention countless special editions and one-offs. No wonder he is embarrassed to be seen in this thing!

The tuner had a helluva job turning an ordinary Veyron into something unique enough as to trump all the special editions created by Bugatti themselves. That is why Oakley Design Bugatti Veyron comes with custom front and rear bumpers, an aero kit consisting of front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser, and a custom paint job of yellow and black – as per the customer’s request, we imagine.

The styling kit is complemented with a set of Oakley Design centerlock wheels garnished with yellow brake calipers. As for performance, Oakley hasn’t mentioned anything yet. Not that a 1,000 horsepower would need an upgrade in that aspect. But we’re sure the finished product will have a bespoke interior. Can’t wait to see this car in the flesh.
