A few days ago we brought to you the first pictures of the new Vorsteiner BMW i8 aero kit set for debut at the upcoming 2016 GoldRush Rally boasting a rather special wrap. Now the tuner has released the official photos showing off the aesthetics of this car. 

Vorsteiner BMW i8 enters the GoldRush rally to promote both the tuner’s brand and also the aero kit itself, although we have to say the wrap does kind of obscure it. The aero kit consists of at this stage a front spoiler lip and a new rear diffuser, complemented with a set of 22 inch forged step lip wheels.

These are exactly the sort of upgrades most i8 owners would like to have on their car and it would have been better if Vorsteiner had gone for a livery that made these features pop and put them on display. Still, one does not have to look at it for long to realize that Vorsteiner BMW i8 is in no way a stock model.

We’re going to be hearing more from this car over the coming weeks and months, and it would be interesting to see how it fares against fine products such as AC Schnitzer BMW i8.
