As you may know BMW revealed a few days ago a refreshed 2 Series for next modelyear with some decent upgrades. But they still have a bunch of the existing model they need to shift, and what better way to do that than the tried and tested ‘Limited Edition’ trick. This time the trick has spawned the BMW M240i M Performance Edition packing a whole lot o factory options as standard.
This is basically BMW upgrading your coupe with their M Performance parts at the factory so you won’t have to. And they’ve done a good job, too. The BMW M240i M Performance Edition comes with many desirable options such as Alpine White paintwork, carbon fibre or black detail parts, and a 340 hp inline 6-cylinder engine with M Performance Technology.

Another big highlight of the BMW M240i M Performance Edition is the large 19 inch light alloy wheels, fitted with 225/35 R19 (front) and 245/30 R19 (rear) mixed tyres in Orbit Grey, complemented with aero parts such as air guides, splitter and bumper front section in matt black, radiator grille including kidney grille bars also in black, and rear diffuser and spoiler in carbon. There is also carbon fibre tailpipe trim with embossed M logo, and carbon mirror caps. The BMW M240i M Performance Edition is limited to 750 units and will be available from July 2017.
