BMW specialists at AC Schnitzer tuning center has revealed their complete tuning package for the lovely MINI Cabrio. Bodykit, wheels,interior and engine, they left nothing standard! The kit they install on the MINI is not just about the show though, those front lips have aerodynamic purpose and those fat wheel arches are there to house big 18 inch rims covered with wider rubber.

They have also fiddled with the suspension and lowered the car and stiffened the chassis, so handlingwise, AC Schnitzer MINI Cabrio is in a way different league than the standard car. And of course it has to handle well because the engine’s been tricked out heavily! The 1.6 liter engine of the Cooper S turns out 175 hp as standard, but with the AC’s treatment you can have it with either 208 or 226 hp. As for the interior modification, AC Schnitzer offers stuffs like metal shift knobs, parking brake handles, aluminum pedals and some velour floor mats.

AC Schnitzer MINI Cooper S Cabrio is definitely a very fun car to drive, but to own one ….?!
