Well, the wraps are finally off of the Station Wagon version of the 2010 Mercedes E-Class. This actually was one of the least anticipated cars to be launched! because, well it’s just an E-class we’ve all already seen a million times. But as far as Estate cars go, The E-class Wagon has always been one of the best names in business. This new S212 model features LED lights at the back, and it has more than 1950 liters cargo space.
The current range of petrol and diesel engines, along with the two new BlueEFFICIENCY models, will be also available with the T-modell. If Mercedes decides to add a hybrid powerplant to the E range, the estate version will also get it. But we are mostly interested in the AMG version of this car which will get a 6.2 liter monstrous V8 with as near as makes no difference 520 hp! You can also have it with 4-Matic system. It’s due to launch in the market in November 2009.
2010 E-class Estate engines and pricing: Diesels include E 220 CDI (170 hp, 44,804 Euro), E 250 CDI (204 hp, 47,719 Euro), E 350 CDI (231 hp, 54,205 Euro), and petrol units: E 350 (292 hp, 55,157 Euro) E 500 (388 hp, 70,151 Euro).
