At 2009 Tokyo Motor Show Subaru will be presenting a special edition of its Exiga estate tuned by the company’s in-house tuner STI and limited to only 300 units. The idea is that you have a very reliable, practical and well-equipped seven-seater family car, which is tarted up and stiffened to be also pleasant to drive when the family is not around! This is a very cool concept.
The STI squad has put their rallying-derived expertise into good use here and equipped the Exiga with sport and high performance parts. The body, chassis and suspension are all improved and so is the interior, where you find new sporty black Alcantara and leather seats and STI logo dedicated meter. The car is also fitted 17-inch wheels!
