Unveiled at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show Mercedes SLS AMG was frankly  the most anticipated car of 2009 and, it will soon hit the markets as the company starts taking orders from 16 November for the MSRP of 177,310 euros (including 19 % VAT).

Refresher: Mercedes SLS AMG is a retro-modern supercar inspired by the legendary 300 SL Gullwing. It’s powered by an AMG 6.3 liter V8 with 571 hp and 650 Nm of torque mated to a 7-speed MCT gearbox which gives it a top speed of 317 km/h. The car also accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, and has an average fuel consumption of 13.2 liters per 100 kilometers.
