The second generation of Opel Meriva mini-van is getting an early reveal on the Internet before its official debut at this year’s Geneva Motorshow. The car is set to go on sale in May 2010, as a 2011 model. The car is prettier, larger and more versatile than the old gen and will be available with a range of engines from 75 to 140 hp. But its main feature is the new suicide doors.
The car is about 4.2 meters long but it’s significantly spacious inside and thanks to the new and cool rear-hinged Flex-Doors, it is much easier getting into it! 2011 Meriva has a very posh design, it comes with huge head and taillights, massive chrome grille and, have you seen the side windows?! This should be the funkiest people carrier ever!
The interior of the car also follows the same philosophy. Because of that full panoramic roof Meriva’s cabin is live and alive, and with the new adjustable Flex-Rail seats, very clever as well. It also comes with the Opel’s Flex-Fix bicycle carrier. This car cheers you up!
