If you have already visited the 2010 NAIAS in Detroit, you probably have seen this live. Mercedes has came up with a really cool way to showcase its new design language and tease the next generation CLS. They have actually created a sculpture that rises from the ground inside a cover and shapes up as a Mercedes! Neat!

Now this is only a teaser and you cannot judge Mercedes’ new designline by this, but according to the officials of Merc’s design center, they are kinda got bored with rectilinear shapes like the E-class and want to have more curve in their cars! So the only thing you can be sure of is that future Mercedes models will be more curvy! That and the new grille, which is bolder than ever. Apparently the Germans have big plans for the new CLS.
